At Bushlands Tourist Park, we’re committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming stay for all our guests. To help us keep up with rising operational costs — including utilities, maintenance, and ongoing upgrades — we’ll be applying a small price increase across all accommodation types from 1st July 2025.
This update supports our continued improvements across the park, including additional cabins coming soon and enhancements to shared spaces.
Our prices are still very competitive and comparable for what we have on offer.
The price increase is effective as of 1st July 2025 – please note it will not affect any existing bookings that have already been invoiced. Prices are inclusive of GST. First 2 Kids under 12 stay free, thereafter it’s $10pp per night. Minimum 3-night stay at Christmas & Easter. All cabins have heating/cooling, TVs with DVD player, basic to full cooking facilities, electric blankets on beds during the winter & additional blankets supplied. Main bed is made up, linen provided for additional beds; towels supplied. We thank you for your continued support & patronage.

Unpowered camp sites $25 per night for 2 persons

Gatehouse Cabin (Budget Studio Cabin 1) – Sleeps 2.
$85 per night for two persons
Additional persons – $10pp per night with request of camp bed (12 & over)

Galah Cabin (Budget Studio Cabin 2) – Sleeps 2.
$85 per night for two persons
Additional persons – $10pp per night with request of camp bed (12 & over)

Kookaburra Cabin (Budget Studio Cabin 3) – Sleeps 1-4.
$85 per night for two persons

Possum Cabin (Ensuite Studio Family Cabin 6) – Sleeps up to 5.

Shower, toilet & vanity, kitchenette, double bed, triple bunk (singles), couch, tv, heating & cooling porch with table & chairs. Parking adjacent to cabin.
Owlery Cabin (Ensuite Studio Twin Cabin 7) – Sleeps 2.
$105 per night for two persons
Additional person – $10pp per night, with request of a camp bed (12 & over)
Shower, toilet & vanity, kitchenette, double bed, dining table & chairs, tv, heating & cooling porch with table & chairs. Parking adjacent to cabin.
Koala Cottage – 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 7.
$195 per night for up to 4 persons
Additional persons – $10pp per night (12 & over)
2 bedrooms, including queen size bed, single over double bunk, pull-out sofa bed, parking under cover with a carport, family bathroom with shower over bath, vanity & separate toilet; full kitchen large living & dining area, small verandah. Additional camp beds available on request.
Kangaroo Express (The Train Carriage) – 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 4.
$195 per night for up to 4 persons
2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, cosy bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity, & washing machine, full kitchen plus combined lounge & dining with rural views; TV with DVD player only, cooling & heating, deck out the front with tables & chairs, parking alongside
Echidna Cabin (Creekside) – 3 bedrooms, sleeps 1-8 persons.
$195 per night for up to 4 persons
Additional persons – $10pp per night (12 & over)
Two double beds, 2 x single beds, shower, toilet & vanity, kitchenette, living area, tv, heating & cooling, large verandah overlooking the creek. Additional camp beds available on request, parking)
Across all stays:
- Kids 12 and under stay free (first 2 per booking)
- Additional persons: $10pp per night
- Minimum 2-night stay applies on all school holidays, long weekends, Christmas & Easter
- 50% deposit required 4 weeks in advance
- Pet bond for all cabins: $100 (refunded on departure inspection)
We are also excited to announce that we have three extra cabins coming in late 2025.
